No. You do not need to upload or send anything at checkout. Memory Haven comes with a microSD card that gives you complete control. Once it arrives, you add your songs, voice notes, and memories directly. You can change them whenever you want. It is yours to keep updating.

It takes less than five minutes. After ordering, you send us your photos and let us know your songs. We handle everything from there. Your Memory Haven arrives ready to play. No apps, no WiFi, no setup required. Just place a disc and press play.

We ship across Canada and the United States. Every Memory Haven is made to order and goes into production the next business day after you place it. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days with tracking from day one. If your date is close, DM us or email hello@jucraft.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a replacement or a full refund, no questions asked. If it arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, send us a photo at hello@jucraft.com and we will make it right. A new unit or your money back. That is the Jucraft promise.
