  • Pre-Order Items: For pre-order items, the anticipated shipping date is clearly stated on the product page. These items will be shipped on the specified date. If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the available items first, followed by the pre-order items when they become available.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking Information: We provide tracking information for all shipped orders. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight of the items in your order.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or import duties may apply, and customers are responsible for these charges.
