- All balloon sales are final. Once delivered or picked up, we cannot be held responsible for any defects. To keep your balloons looking their best, handle with care and bring them indoors immediately after pickup.
For orders containing alcoholic items (e.g Moët bottle), a proof of age (18+) will be required upon delivery or pickup

Sales Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we refund shipping and handling charges. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items.
Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@jucraft.com within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly include photos of the damage and proof of purchase, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by emailing us at hello@jucraft.com for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders once they have been shipped.

When can I expect to receive my order?
As most items in our gift boxes are handmade, we require 2–3 business days to process and ship your order.
How do I know when to pick up my order?
If you select "PICKUP" at checkout, we’ll email you within 24 hours to arrange a pickup date, time, and confirm the pickup location. Please ensure your email address is accurate.
Can alcohol be included in a gift box?
Yes, alcohol can be included in gift boxes, but you must be 18+ to purchase. Proof of age is required for all deliveries and pickups.
Can I include my own gifts or alcoholic beverages?
Absolutely! If you’d like to include a personal item or alcoholic beverage, email us at Hello@jucraft.com for the drop-off address. Please label your items with your full name and order number.
Do you include a receipt in the shipping box?
No, we don’t include receipts in the shipping box. As the gift giver, you’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, which serves as your receipt.

Will my gift look exactly like the photo?
While we strive to match the photos on our website, some items may become unavailable. In such cases, we’ll substitute with an item of equal or greater value that matches the look and feel of the original box, at no extra cost.
Why didn’t I get a confirmation email after placing my order?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, it may have gone to your spam folder or been blocked by your email server. Please contact us at Hello@jucraft.com, and we’ll resend it right away.
What if my gift is undeliverable?
If a gift is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or an unanswered door, we’ll contact you.
- For a second delivery attempt, an additional fee of $18 plus postage costs will apply. Perishable items needing replacement will also incur a fee.
- If the invoice isn’t paid within 5 business days, the gift will be considered unclaimed and become Jucraft’s property.
