All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we refund shipping and handling charges. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@jucraft.com within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly include photos of the damage and proof of purchase, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by emailing us at hello@jucraft.com for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders once they have been shipped.

How do I personalize my order?
Enter your personalization details in the fields on the product page. If your design needs an image or file, use the upload field. Add any extra instructions in the Special Note or Request field.

Can I request a design mockup?
Select Send Mockup on the product page if you would like an emailed design proof before customization. Requesting a proof may add time before your order ships. Please check that your email address is correct.

Where do you ship?
We ship personalized products Canada-wide. If you have a question about delivery to your address, email hello@jucraft.com before ordering.

How long will my order take?
