  • At JUCRAFT, we are committed to delivering only the highest quality products. In rare cases where specific flowers are unavailable, substitutions may be made to ensure your bouquet closely matches what is shown on our website. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and crafted with the same level of care and attention to detail.
  • Same-day delivery may be available for select orders. Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM, and customers are required to contact us directly at 437-557-4338 for confirmation before placing the order.
  • All flower sales are final. Once a bouquet has been delivered or picked up, JUCRAFT cannot be held responsible for any damage, wilting, or defects caused by handling or environmental conditions. To maintain freshness and appearance, flowers should be placed in water and kept in a cool indoor environment immediately after delivery or pickup.
  • For orders containing alcoholic items (e.g., Moët & Chandon), valid government-issued proof of age (18+) will be required at the time of delivery or pickup.

Refunds & Exchange

Sales Policy:

All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we refund shipping and handling charges. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@jucraft.com within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly include photos of the damage and proof of purchase, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by emailing us at hello@jucraft.com for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders once they have been shipped.

  • When can I expect to receive my flower bouquet?

As our flower bouquets are prepared fresh to order, we typically require 1–2 business days to prepare your arrangement. Delivery timelines will be confirmed at checkout based on your selected delivery or pickup option. During peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), early ordering is strongly recommended.

  • How do I know when to pick up my order?

If you select PICKUP at checkout, we will contact you within 24 hours via email to confirm your pickup date, time, and location. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate.

  • Is same-day delivery available?

Same-day delivery may be available for select orders. To qualify, orders must be placed by 10:00 AM, and you must contact us directly at 437-557-4338 for confirmation before placing your order. Availability is limited and subject to flower supply.

  • Can I include a personalized message with my bouquet?

Yes! All our flower bouquets include a complimentary personalized message. You can enter your message during checkout, and it will be presented on a card or bouquet wrap.

  • Will my bouquet look exactly like the photos on the website?

We strive to closely match the photos displayed on our website. However, flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in appearance. In rare cases where specific flowers are unavailable, substitutions may be made using blooms of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style, color, and quality of the arrangement.

  • Do you include a receipt in the delivery package?

No, we do not include receipts inside the delivery package. As the purchaser, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, which serves as your receipt.

  • What if my bouquet is undeliverable?

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, refusal, or no response at the delivery location, we will contact you. A second delivery attempt will incur an additional fee of $18 plus any applicable delivery costs. Replacement of perishable items may result in additional charges.

If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order will be considered unclaimed and become JUCRAFT’s property.

  • Where do you deliver?

We currently offer delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Mississauga, and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Can alcohol be added to a flower order?

Yes, alcoholic items (e.g., Moët & Chandon) may be added where available. Valid government-issued proof of age (18+) is required at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • Can I add my own items to the bouquet order?

Yes. If you would like to include a personal item or alcoholic beverage, please email us at Hello@jucraft.com for drop-off instructions. Items must be clearly labeled with your full name and order number.
